As parts of fimcen's focus on continual development of staff and the company's systems and processes, the team all convened in a central location in Colombo.
We started by hearing from Neelan on the status of the company and the learning from the first year trading. We heard about the past performance and the goals for the coming year.
The entire team was involved in creating policies that were shared by all which will then create the basis of who we are, how we operate and the expectations on all of us as employees of fimcen.
This was then followed by each staff member presenting on their SMART goals for the year. It was a fun filled day getting together and sharing some of our common interests and aspirations both for the business and also personally.
We ended the day with a satisfying meal out with the entire company.
